A robotic dog named Wrex the Dawg
Along with the launching of Tri-Bot, WowWee also revealed their Wrex the Dawg robot.
Wrex the Dawg is a robotic junkyard dog that looks like it was made from various spare parts of machines which make it appear to be Frankenstein’s dog. The robot has two legs in front and two wheels at the back that enable it to move around your place in autonomous mode. It can also be controlled using the same remote control used by the tri-Bot, the other robot created by WowWee.
Wrex the Dawg can drive you fanatical with its three modes of behavior. It can be happy, angry or crazy. It is also featured with three bodily desires, exercise, and hunger and because it is a dog, calls of nature. All these needs have to be fulfilled or else, the robot will go “wild”. Other movements that can be done by this robot include panting like a real dog, twitching its ears, wagging its tail and turning its head. All it needs are 8 C and 2 AA batteries. For the remote, 3 AAA batteries are needed.
