You got to admit it, your 13 year old is not acting like a 13 year old should anymore. During our time, and let's not talk about figures on when exactly that was, 13 year olds still hold on to Barbie and Play Doh. Nowadays, 13 year olds listen to Lady Gaga, spend sleepovers in friends' houses, wear heels and has their own lip gloss. And definitely, they have their own mobile phone. Sooner or later, they would be crying all over the house for an iPod. Samsung realized this dilemma that every parent with a tween faces so they came up with the mp3 player made specifically for them: the Samsung TicToc.

The Samsung TicToc is especially made for tweens who have their own flavor when it comes to music. They are the ones who would start complaining about the radio program when you are in the car but whose music knowledge is limited to Rihanna and Owl City. TicToc is pretty neat, coming in three different colors (silver, pink and blue) and all looking like mini lipstick tubes. each player either has 2GB or 4GB of storage for all the latest songs your child wants to add to her player.

What is impressive about the Samsung TicToc is its button control. Hold the tube vertically and the only button functions as a volume control. Tilt it horizontally, click the button, and it will move forward to the next track. Shake that thang and it automatically shuffles the song. That's pretty cool for a gadget this small.

Price of the Samsung TicToc has not been announced yet. All we know of is that Samsung will launch the TicToc together with other cool Samsung mp3 players around the middle of the year. We don't think, though, that it will cost more than the latest iPod out in the market today. Hmm... why don't just Samsung spill the beans on this one?
