Did you ever try to clean your car inside windshield? It is hard and very time consuming. I was looking at some cleaning tool but I can not find anything on local Target store. I just found out this and It looks good for cleaning windshield job.
It is $10 + $7 s&h...Little Pricey but Clean Windshield - Priceless.
