I have always been a wide reader ever since I learned to read. I have learned to read anything under the sun to be able to gain more knowledge on anything. But for the longest period of time, as technology progresses and develops, I still prefer to stick with conventional reading—one that entails holding a book or a magazine, and not staring at the LED lights of the computer or a laptop. That way, I still feel like I am learning and reading first hand, plus, it lessens eye stress. But my friends, as techy as they are, are now more inclined and interested in reading soft copies of reading materials like ebooks and the like. Sometimes, the difference in our preferences makes sharing our favorite reading materials a little difficult and complicated. This was before the Copy Cat Portable Scanner was invented. It is actually the real time answer to my prayers, making it possible for me to share my favorite books and magazines to my friends who prefer reading them through their laptops. The Copy Cat Portable Scanner is a small and compact scanner which is very portable and works with two AA batteries (which last up to 200 pages of scanning). The gadget scans even colored pages, automatically saves them into the microSD card, and becomes ready to send. It also has the capacity to convert text images to texts which can be edited directly in Word. Pretty amazing since it will no longer require you to use photoshop just to edit a certain part of a scanned text image.
