This series of models proves once again that LG reigns supreme when it comes to offering extensive user-menu color adjustments and color controls; and with this model, they have even added more things to play around with to get a better picture and ultimately, a more pleasurable viewing experience; just like color filters, gamma targets, and even a Picture Wizard that is very friendly to users who are not exactly experts in adjusting the settings of their television sets. In a nutshell, the LG LH30 is a basic LCD TV, and the only features it can really boast of are high levels of color accuracy and easy customization.

Panasonic TC-LX1

This model comes in a shiny black, and is relatively slim. It has rounded edges and invisible speakers (from the front), and invisible controls and inputs. Unfortunately the oval stand it comes with does not swivel. This is the LCD television set for iPod lovers. This model is iPod friendly and gives a bigger screen to view your iPod videos in. Toshiba ZV650U

This boasts of a 240Hz refresh rate that reduces blur, and is priced very reasonably. In fact, it is one of the cheapest television sets with a 240Hz effect. Unlike most LCD television sets, the ZV650U come sin a black and silver theme. This gives it a unique look that will make passersby do a double take. The menu system has well organized icons and a simple layout which makes it easy to navigate in, especially for non-techies. LG LH55
This series of models also offers the viewer a wonderful reduced blur picture. It also offers a lot of available adjustments for color accuracy and picture quality; but is, unfortunately, hampered by light black levels. Although the LH55 looks sleak, it does not really catch the eye. It is mostly a glossy black with transparent strips on either side of the set. For a Sony TV this is affordable. It boasts of a design that is remarkably eye-catching for its price range, and has a wonderfully accurate picture quality. It also features several power saving modes and three HDMI inputs.

JVC LT-P300
This series allows you to play back music, videos, photos, and even charge your iPod or iPhone. It has a built in iPod dock that makes it integrate seamlessly with the LCD television set. Although this model has decent picture quality and really good features; this one is best recommended to the ultimate iPod enthusiast.
