The visual display specifically is for giving out visual cues to help us brush our teeth better and properly. Microchips are embedded in the toothbrush which enables it to detect if you are brushing too hard and show you when to move on the next quadrant of your mouth. It can also tell when it’s time for you to buy a new brush head.

Oral-B based this on the result of a study that showed an average person only spend about 47 seconds brushing their teeth instead of allotting 2 minutes for it. It is important to take care of our teeth because serious complications can occur from having unhealthy teeth and gums.
