Not all the coolest gismos need be the latest. In some cases, most of the coolest gadgets have to come way back a few centuries and may have been hiding under the heap of dust in the attic or the basement. Perhaps one of these things is the vintage clock, specifically, the vintage Coca-Cola limited edition clocks.
Back when Coca-Cola was starting to the mid-20th century, one of the most popular items back then are the clocks that were given as souvenirs. Fast forward to this day, these collectibles may not be as trendy with the latest in the clock fashion, but they are worth a fortune. Most die-hard collectors these days would sell even their souls (okay, that’s over exaggerating) just to get their hands on these vintage treasures.
A few numbers of the small vintage clocks that are still around and functioning may be worth a hundred bucks at the very least. However, if you have a rare Coca-Cola clock collectible stashed in your grandmother’s closet or your great-granddaddy’s chest in the basement, then you could sign that up for bidding. Most bids for such rarities shoot up to more than $1000.
Bottom line is that they may be old and may have gone past their Golden Age, but still these Coca-cola clocks have some tick in them that just won’t fade.
