Sharp Set To Launch World’s First Solar-Powered And Waterproof Mobile Phone
The race to bring the world’s first waterproof and solar-powered cellphone is definitely on. And it seems Sharp is getting the big headway over its rivals. Rumor has it that Sharp is nearing the completion of such mobile phone and that the target month of release is June.
Another innovation is now scratching the surface and it is just a matter time before this phone hits the stores and be integrated to the modern stream of living. For one, having a solar-powered phone already chomps the use of electricity by a significant margin. Ten minutes of sunbathing gives this phone enough power for a one-minute conversation or two hours of standby time.
With the phone boasting of a waterproof design, fears of having the phone dumped into any body of water are instantly vaporized.
This latest development from Sharp is predicted to be a hit in countries where electricity is almost hard to come by and typhoons are the norm of the season.
But aside from the features, the latest developments of the phone’s looks are also quite a work.
Although not yet final, a lot of people are lining up for the world’s first waterproof and solar-powered cell phone.
Who can blame them?
