Watching Bear Grylls conquer nature one after the other, undergoing death defying circumstances, and living a rugged outdoor life will make you think, "Does he even have a life?" Sure, he may be in the woods most of the time shooting episode after episode of Man Vs. Wild but as soon as the cameras are off, I'm sure he gets a nice place to sleep in and sumptuous food served in a modern tent. However, he surely can't have every luxury he has at home transported to the places he goes to. So, the Juniper Systems TK6000 handheld PC is perfect for his everyday connection.

The Juniper Systems TK6000 is the most enduring handheld device as of date. It is waterproof, dustproof and shockproof up, enduring falls of 1.5 meters flat on the concrete. It runs on Windows Mobile and has an Intel 624MHz processor. The keypads are positioned in such a way that a circular navigational button is located at the topmost portion, with the alphanumeric pad located underneath. It does not have the standard QWERTY keyboard, instead, the letters are arranged in an alphabetical manner.

The screen measures 3.5 inches and is touch capable. As for connectivity, it can detect WiFi and Bluetooth and it can also run on 2.5GSM/EDGE connectivity.  The design is not exactly what we would call sleek and stylish but most sleek and stylish aren't made to last long.

Now, Bear Grylls can update his Facebook status anywhere he is... as long as there is still WiFi, that is.
